By submitting a quote request, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
  • You are authorized to arrange shipping for the cargo described.
  • The cargo does not include hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items prohibited by federal or state law, unless properly disclosed and permitted.

4. No Guarantee of Rates or Capacity

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding contract for shipping services. All rates, availability, and terms are subject to confirmation by the respective carrier or broker. We do not guarantee that any quote will be provided, or that quoted rates will remain available.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Carrier Rates or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
